Mentors and mentoring Club KIDS have a special bond that was established during the week of Royal Family KIDS Camp. After Camp is over, that bond is carried over into a one-on-one mentoring relationship through Royal Family KIDS Mentoring Club. Time commitment is two hours attending Club per month in addition to Mentors and their mentoring club KIDS spending four hours together each month doing fun activities and building healthy adult-to-child relationships outside of Club.

Perform music from songbook, be willing to lead music team, use overhead to show the words to songs. Must have children’s leadership skills. Support staff as needed. Time commitment is about 2.5 hours Club time each month. Plus, a once-a-month staff meeting to preview curriculum and make a connection to the activities.

Help drama team with setup, games, puppets, skits, fun activities and tear down. Direct involvement with KIDS. Prefer Camp trained. Time commitment is about three hours Club time each month. Plus, a once-a-month staff meeting to preview curriculum and make a connection to the activities.

Be prepared to lead support staff in helping children with 20-30 minutes activity including cleanup. Curriculum focused or seasonal. This position will be responsible for having all materials available and prepped. Time commitment is about three hours prep time and two hours Club time each month. Plus, a once-a-month staff meeting to preview curriculum and make a connection to the activities.

Plan and lead children in non-competitive, physically active games or organize special guests to come teach/talk to kids. Time commitment is about 30 minutes of Club time each month. Plus, a once-a-month staff meeting to preview curriculum and make a connection to the activities.

Prepare or organize others in providing healthy snacks or lunches for KIDS, mentors and staff. Help with cleanup. Time commitment is about two hours prep time, an hour Club time each month. Plus, a once-a-month staff meeting to preview curriculum and make a connection to the activities.
